Longhorn Deck Grommets with Supports

The Deck Grommets are an above-deck product, a rubbery seal that wraps around the chassis tubes above the body deck and covers the hole in the aluminum.

The Deck Supports are an under-deck product, used to decrease deck movement and damage from aero loads and mass shaking of deck-mounted oil coolers. This is the lightest direct solution for deck support.

These are Patent Pending products. Reach out to us about licensing if you would like to market your own version for your customer base. 

Common application:

• Specific to Longhorn Chassis with 12 tubes going through the deck surface.

Unique features:

• Deck sealing to reduce pressure bleed from the top deck surface to the lower pressure region under the deck.
• Deck support from aero load deflection and vertical shaking.
